SATRA TM77 Finished Shoes Dynamic Flexing And Waterproof Testing Machine
This machine seals and tests the rubber surface of shoes and boots through inflation and soaking processes. During testing, the item is sealed with a local pressure device and immersed in water to the specified depth while being filled with air under constant pressure. The system automatically detects and times bubble formation when water penetration occurs.
Testing Methods
Inflation Method: The shoe/boot mouth is sealed and filled with a quantitative amount of air before being immersed in water. The water surface remains less than 75 mm from the shoe/boot mouth. After a specified time, bubble formation on the surface is observed.
Immersion Method: Test shoes/boots are fully immersed in water with the surface distance less than 75 mm. After immersion, items are removed and checked for water infiltration.
This machine can be integrated into production lines to provide comprehensive quality control for finished product waterproofing.
