Product Overview

The small size air bag burning resistance testing machine is designed for horizontal combustion performance evaluation of automotive interior materials. This testing equipment is applicable for cars, multipurpose passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses.

Test Method

A horizontal specimen is fixed on the U-shaped holder. The ruled height flame is used to light the free end of the specimen for 15 seconds. Observations are then made to determine if the flame extinguishes, while measuring the specimen burning distance and combustion time.
