Product Overview

This test chamber provides simulated environments of high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, and low humidity to detect material performance and degradation of rubber, plastic, and electronic products before and after testing. The equipment can simulate container environments to evaluate discoloration and shrinkage of rubber and plastic under high temperature and high humidity conditions, testing heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance, and humidity resistance of various materials.

Ideal for quality inspection in electronics, electrical appliances, batteries, universities, research institutes, inspection bureaus, paper products, food, vehicles, auto parts, metals, chemicals, building materials, and other industrial sectors.

Control System

The balanced temperature control system (BTHC) controls SSR in P.I.D. mode, ensuring system heating equals heat loss for stable long-term operation.

Equipment Standards: Designed and manufactured according to GB/T10586-2006 and GB/T10592-1989 national standards. Verification standard based on GB/T5170.2-2008, 5170.5-2008.
